This is a 96-unit complex with beautiful grounds and plenty of open space. We have what I consider the best apartment units in the city (yes, I checked out all the others). We do have teenagers, as does any neighborhood of this size, and yes, they do what all teenagers do all over the city.

In all years here, I haven t had a single ant in my unit. My unit is well maintained and any concern regarding maintenance has been handled quickly and efficiently through that lady in the office . We are allowed two parking spaces per unit, this works just fine for most of us. There is guest parking all over the complex denoted by yellow parking markers, as well as ample parking on the street to the rear of the complex for guests. We have a large, well-kept laundry facility, an after school program for children, workout gym and a very large playground area. Safety is no more or less a concern here as it is elsewhere in the year 2007.

When inevitable issues arise that lady in the office addresses each issue as it arises honestly and truthfully, and she stays with the issue until it s resolved. I can tell you that it is largely because of her professionalism and courtesy that I have enjoyed living here so long. It is virtually impossible that she would have cost anyone a dime, as she does not set rental rates or policy, this is done by the Main Office in Southern California, not onsite in the office. She does however enforce corporate policy, and she does so fairly and honestly. I can attest to this as I have known her for all of these eleven years. I highly recommend this complex and its management to anyone looking for a place to make good home. It s been mine for 11 years.

Whoever wrote this review has lied..horribly! Ample Visitor Parking By Yellow Spots?..there is one throughout the entire complex. You are not allowed two parking spots per unit unless you rent one. You are assigned one spot and if you want a second you must pay for it. The lady in the office has no professionalism and courtesy(?) are you kidding? She has a numerous amounts of complaints filed through G&K Management for her foul mouth and lack of productivity concerning paperwork for residence. If you want anything accomplished go through the other manager he has been there longer and actually cares about those living here. This review was obviously written either by the lady manager herself or a very close friend of hers. I love the layouts of these apartments and the kid friendly activities (after school program and summer camp) As for ants..nah there arent any as far as I have seen. We have the typical spider and wasp issue like all of California. Oh and yes there are mice but you never see them and all of Livermore has mice. Not a big issue. I hope this helps...its a great place for kids and the apartments are huge and reasonably priced..but out of the 96 units 90 of them will tell you the same thing I have said and the review after this one says..the lady manager has to go!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with the above response. The infomoercial sounds like the "lady in the office" writing it. All I can say is, do your homework. Call Livermore Police and ask about how many disturbance calls they get a month from Livermore Gardens, how much property damage has been reported, and the gang/drug activity that occurs in the apartment complex. Also check out the 'F' rating that BBB online has given G&K Management who runs Livermore Gardens. Corporate Policies are not enforced and screenings are not done well on folks moving in. It is a Section 8 dump that is run by slumlords. I'm surprised that they still have a Livermore business license with all the issues at this apartment complex.

I agree with the 2 responses..I have been there since 2006 i has been fine for me.You do have the police be called may times. I am also on section 8 and thank GOD i live in the front area because the back area is ridiculous...so many kinds playing around and loud. I keep my area clean and tidy.
