This place is not the nicest place you can rent in livermore for $1100, for a 2 bedroom. The manamger pat plays favorites and you better hope you dont get on her bad side, she yells at all the kids, I've been there when she has walked into a house cussing someones daughter out for being to noisy outside in the middle of the day on a saturday. they used to have basketball courts and they took down all the nets because all the kids were playing on them and they didnt want that many kids to be out there and there has been the promise of a pool there for about 6 years now.... still nothin, and thats just for the outside... the inside, upstairs units get so hot and you can barely cool them down, the floors are thin and you can hear almost everything, there are a lot of drug users and the cops patrol the neighborhood any where from 2-4 times a day by request of management... there are alot of kids in "gangs" that be around the property or the next door property and they go back and forth... the cupboards are horrible, they are crooked and dont stay shut.... if you have a maintenance problem it takes a while to get it fixed. there are no stores or anything in that matter in walking distance because it is at the end of east avenue, from my experience, this is not the place you want to move into...KEEP LOOKING

well they are finally putting a pool up after the rent went from 1300 for a 3 bedroom to 1500...every since then people are moving. and yes you are right about pat playing favorites....
