This is a primarily Section 8 Housing. Items do not get fixed in a timely manner by G&K Mangement, rampant problems with neighborhood kids who cause property damage and harass others, gang/drug activity,and the list of issues goes on. Had I known that G&K Management had an "F" rating for running their apartment complexx, including Livermore Gardens, I would have never moved here. It is poorly managed. If they ever got rid of the section 8 folks and got rid of the office and property manager it could probably be turned around. At this point, though, unless you are a desperate soul, it is not wise to move to this complex. It is infested with problems!

DONT MOVE HERE...G&K management will rip you off in a heart beat and so will Pat (their little accomplice who actually lives on the property) G&K management has literally stolen 3 thousand dollars from my family because their books arent kept up with properly. I will be taking them to court for this matter. Pat is worthless in that office. Jerry is a great people person and has what it takes to be a good manager if he would get off his ass and do something and someone should just end G&K Management. They shouldnt manage anything in Livermore or Culver City . Hopefully Livermore Gardens will be in the hands of new management by 2009

I agree with both reviews. Pat is never in the office when you need her. She is a spy for G&K. I received a notice to vacate after I paid them their money for which we made an agreement on because i was a few days late that what happen. Thank GOD I wasn't infested with roaches except little black bug keeps getting inside my pastries, flours, sugar booked stuff. I have to put every thing in the fridge so I wont waste any food. I am looking for another place as we speak...
