So I lived in Maralisa Meadows for 6 months. I was always a very quite tenant. It was just me living there. In the six month I lived there, Brenda, the apartment manager was always nice to me. She didn't some things that were weird, like left me a note saying I had to pick up the cig. butts outside my apartment. But I don't smoke and mind you I also had a broke arm at the time. I lived there during fall and the wind started to really pick up and I had my window open with the blinds down, so the blinds go smash. I explained to Brenda that is what happened cuz she could see it from the outside. She said "oh, okay. We'll take care of that." I just assumed it wasn't a problem then. When it came time for my six months up I was moving to another place. We did the walk thur the day before my actual move out date cuz she did not want to work on a Saturday. I had moved everything out of the house except the kitchen since I still had one more day there. We went through every room she said everything was fine, and that she was going to make me pay for clean and the blinds. I was slightly irriated but said okay. Later, after waiting for my return on the deposit, I receive a call from the creditors stating I owed some money to them for the apartments. After I left and after going through the walk through. Brenda decided she wanted to replace alllll of the carpeting without telling me. AND tried to make me pay for it. When living there it was okay, it was a pretty quite place. Kinda expensive for having absolutely no amenties. But I do NOT recommend this place, Brenda will mostlikely no let you have your deposit back.

I happen to be a neighbor of yours, and you couldn't be more incorrect in your review.She is the best manager that we have ever had and I have lived here for five years. And I sctually walked by your apartment on Halloween when you were having a party and saw all your quests smoking, gee I quess where did all those cigarette butts come from anyway. Get real! She is very professinal, kind and considerate, but she will also have you follow the rules to insure that we have a safe and beautiful community. Good Luck trying to find a better place to live.
