I lived here once in 1999 with a roomate and was awoken by some man trying to pry open her screen on her bedroom window (tv was on so light coming out of window and he still made the attempt) at 2:30 in the am. The police found him and my roomate had to go to court. Area surrounding is GHETTO!

Then left my fiance in 2005 and had to find a place FAST, they had a move in special so I took it. Signed lease before knowing which apt was mine. Turned out it was facing Railroad looking at the bowling alley, NOISE so bad couldnt have slider open when watching tv. Had TONS of flies outside of my front door and my disposal broke like 2 times and flooded my sink. Maintenance no help and management said I could trade apartments after officially moving out of my apartment and re renting another one (like I was a new tenant) RIDICULOUS! Place was pretty tore up, bad paint, dirty, I made sure the maintenance who did my walk over when I left gave me my FULL deposit. No way was I going to pay for their problems. Only stayed 3 mo and hated every moment of it!

I don't know about the managers in 1999, but in the 21st century....Mill Springs has great managers and office staff!
