I lived in these apartments from 1998 to 1999 or 2000. There are two very good things about this complex: 1) the sound insulation between apartments is the best I've ever had. 2)When you need a repair, it is taken care of promptly. DOwnsides: I noticed that the maintenance people would frequently go into people's apartments (the same apartment) when they weren't home. The advertised move in rate for me was very reasonable, but they raised the rate about 10% at my first price adjustment. When I moved in, there was a layer of crud in my dishwasher that I had to clean out, and black marks all over my closet walls. When I moved out, I took two days off of work to clean and had it much cleaner than when I moved in, yet they still wanted to take a huge amount out of my deposit. I threatened to sue, and they took "only" 150 out of my deposit. I have *never* had to pay any portion of my cleaning deposit anywhere else I've lived. Bottom line -- don't trust the management.
