MSP is a nice place to live. I have no complaints about my apartment itself.
The sinks & faucets are a outdated as well as the cabinetry throughout, but all in good shape. I have lived here for 3 and 1/2 years and my main complaint is that the management raises my rent every 6 months. Once you complete your first year, you cannot sign another year lease, only 6 month leases are available. The rent goes up at least $60 every six months (sometimes more). I am a good tenant and always pay ontime, yet they still continue to ask for more money.

And yes, the parrking sucks! I only have one car, but all guests have to park offsite because there is no available parking. Each tenant only gets one parking space and many have 2 cars. With such limited visitor parking available, just forget finding a space.
