The insides are beautiful, minus the normal smaller kitchen area. But the 2 bedroom has a larger side room and nice size storage closet on the balcony. The lady that helped us was wonderful. Very sweet, and answered all of our questions and didn't seem fake. Unfortunately, my husband has perfect credit and mine is far less then perfect, so we were declined. But you must make 3 times the amount of rent there. I haven't seen that anywhere else. They take pets with a pet deposit, 25 pounds or more (on top of normal deposit) and it's in a great central location to Livermore. Walking distance to Safeway, Trader Joe's and all downtown fun! I've lived there all my life and out of all the apartments I've seen, these were beautiful. 3 floors with the 3rd floor having vaulted ceilings and the neighbors seems very nice and talkative. Typical Livermore people.
