Please, find another complex to move into. You will regret moving here. I currently have another 8 months left on my lease and can't wait to get the hell out of here. Parking is horrible. If you have two vehicles good luck trying to find an open spot for that second car. My husband and I sometimes have to park across the street at the bowling alley or at Contreras Market for additional parking. The staff is nice I guess. They do ----- and whine alot about things outside on your balcony. You can basically only have patio furniture and a BBQ. Anything else and you will get letter after letter asking it be removed. We were asked to remove our American Flag which shows our patriotism to our country. We placed it outside on 9/11. Such BS. Like its doing any harm hanging there. I wish they would tell our nasty neighbor to pick up his $10,000 cigarette butts and dozen beer bottles on his balcony. So disgusting. I could go on on... I am very depressed living here and hate knowing I have to go home every night to this &*$% hole. Thank god it's only temporary. Please, find another apartment in Livermore to move to. There are many to choose from.
