Have lived here over a year, management has changed twice, maintenacne staff changed 4 or 5 times. Overall a nice place but very impersonal. Small livingroom, fireplace is a rip off.

Place is just as you say. I hope you have made it out of here by now since your review was in 03. 2008, the management or maintenance staff isnt any better.
