I can't wait to move from here! my boyfriend and I have been stuck here for 9 months. sure, you see it before you move in, its clean, pretty waterfalls, beautiful weeping willow trees, etc. well we have a downstairs 1 bd 1 bath, and for a month it was bliss till upstairs neighbors moved in. you cane hear noise constantly! and the windows are awful they leak so much noise! even people lightly talking sound like they are inside your apartment. we have reported plenty of defects within the apartment, such as the screwed up toilet (which was filthy when we moved in, guess who had to clean it) and half of our outlets don't even work! I agree with the review I read stating the fireplace is a ripoff. it worked for a month or so at most. unresponsive staff. and I have heard stories from friends we have made out here that used to live here, that they screw you out of your deposit. not only that but there is theft here as well. someone actually stole the thermometer off our porch! and broke into the car and stole watches, my cd deck, etc. and before I go, I can not leave out the solicitors. they come by all hours, once was six in the morning! and as late as 9 pm. if you don't answer they knock forever, if you aren't home they leave nothing but fliers everywhere. management does nothing about this. they are nice people but don't follow through. the people who upkeep the grounds start early with leaf blowing, sweeping etc, so if you work late and sleep in you will get a rude awakening a couple of days out of the week. we had a problem with gardeners actually coming up to the bedroom window and peering in. rent was only $1000 which is great, and I am not a nit-picky person. I have tolerated alot here. the great rent just doesnt compensate for all of the complications! thankfully I move tomorrow!

We had a box of sunflowers on our porch. They stole that!! When we moved in the place was filthy. The caucked over mold in the bathroom. The paint just dripped over faucet fixtures. The foundation is slipping or something because the closet doors and front door does not shut properly. Place is a dump.
