I lived here for over 5 years with a roommate. This is a place to avoid if possible.

Office assistance was horrible. If you called and setup a appointment, they wouldnt show up. The office doors were closed when they were supposed to be open and often the sign when they would return was totally inaccurate.

Problems arising with malfunctioning fixtures and appliances wasn't fixed.

The laundry room has a busted lock and no lighting, encouraging crime in the area.

Smokers were frequent and you could often find cigarette butts lying about.

Police is often seen in the parkling area, dealing with various disturbances in the area.

When leaving, the final inspection was nitpicky to the point that I doubt anyone could avoid getting charged for a moderate cleaning ($100). We cleaned very carefully, to no effect.

The office staff and owners are abusive, unfriendly, and a pain to deal with.

I write this hoping that others can avoid such a painful experience.

What's even more fun are the tenants who have loud sex, starting at 7 PM. The attitude of the office staff sucked. The bottom of the pools will give your children blisters on their feet, and the jets in the hot tubs suck. Speaking of the pools, they don't lock completely during the day, so there are often kids from other neighborhoods swimming and roughhousing in them. Watch your little ones because they can easily enter the pool area. The willow tress will randomly fall apart; I saw one split so badly that if someone had been standing near it when the branches fell, they would have been seriously injured. The cracking sound was so loud, other tenants came out on their patios to see what had happened. The place just sucks.

I wish I would have read your review before I moved to this slum. I agree that it sucks!
