Poor excuse for management

Have lived here for 3 1/2 years. Management started out great with Joy and Alex. Property was walked twice daily to check for lights, shopping carts, etc. Now with new management (two young girls) it sucks! Shopping carts will remain on property for days until a call is made to them to have them removed. As usual they blame maintenance. Big branches fall off trees and stay on ground for a week, again not removed unless a phone call is made.
Management's famous saying is "there is nothing we can do."
They leave laundry room doors open overnight. The laundry rooms are cleaned by the maintenance people but tenants here still leave them a horrible mess. The garbage area has torn garbage bags on the ground and smells awful. I would hate to live by them. A notice was sent to tenants asking that if they see garbage needs to be cleaned, to let management know. Why should we, we don't get paid to let them know, they are paid to take care of the property!!!
Management lies about things that are brought up to them.
Almost certain if they sent a letter to tenants asking for a competent/no competent rating, they would most definitely receive no competent rating.

I have lived here when I was a minor and if I was an adult then I would have done so much more. we did live there went ALEX and JOY was there. We enjoyed them getting the things that needed to be done around the aprtments to be done. Staff was wonderful then.
