I use to live in there is Portola Meadows, I did move b/c we did relocated to a different area. But the whole time we lived there it was a great experience b/c it was our first time living in an apartment. we did have cats and they did find out b/c they saw them through the ghetto window tint we put up all half assed. but he side the fact, after reading the reviews I noticed that back in 2002-2005 it was wonderful. I lived there within that time, I did enjoy it alot my mother and I had a two bedroom 2 bath downstairs. I was nice with the little children upstairs moved out. I was never woken up in the middle of the night or bothered by any of the neighbors. what was disturbing was the neighbors that lived next door. They were playing music real-real loud. so I went over to them after i got off the phone and said,wow your music is loud, which at that time i was already in the apartment, the gilrs wanted me to come in. I was real uncomforable about the whole thing, i did want to go but they wanted to drink. i had one and then the night became a NIGHTMARE! I ended up getting jumped and this is why they apartments needed the security going around. I felt like i was pulled into this BULL. but it was over the neighbors moved out, it was scary, also the scary thing was the apartment number we looked at everyday was "187" whenever we opened the door, creapy! yes I did watch someones children that were in danger b/c she was dating a total junky. There are and will always be TONS of TWEEKERS in livermore. That is why I call the place "live-no-more" in LIVERMORE. This nice aparmt complex did go to hell when JOY, ALEX and ROMAN left. everything was tip top, but when we moved out those girls were runnning it, and they did NOT know what was going on at all then, and it still does not sound like they have there faces out of one anothers face compact. GEEEEZE where do people get there education these days. OH YEAH AND PEOPLE DID STEAL A LOT OF CLOTHES

"GEEEEZE where do people get there education these days" LOL, you sound like the biggest piece of gutter trash. And it's pretty ironic that you're slamming others on their education when you can't even spell "there" right. It's THEIR, as in the possessive form. THEIR education. Maybe you need to stay out of strangers' apartments drinking and getting jumped and go get an education yourself.
