I have lived in this dump since December of 2006 and am still stuck here into the housing market picks up. The office staff mainly works to keep the center office area presentable for future renters. So it looks presentable in front of the office but everywhere else, the place is run down. Once you become a tenant, they can care less about parking, noise and parties, laundry facilities. Crime is high here. We have seen people actually jacking up cars in the parking lot and then stealing the rims and tires. The gas in our cars have been siphoned. And someone was beat upside the head in the parking lot with a baseball bat on the way to work. We have seen our neighbors evicted twice. The first one was a young kid who didnt work but was dealing something out of the house because of the high traffic he had in and out of the apartment at all hours. The second neighbor, same apartment, only lived there 4 months and had the police over at least twice a month. The laundry facilities are trashy not maintained. Inside the apartment everything is rundown. The plumbing is old and backs up all the time. The oven and refridgerator must be as old as the apartment. I have complained about many, many things to this apartment management staff and each time there response is "How come this is the first I have ever heard about it". My complaints have been regarding new young nenants who have parties into all hours of the night, maintenance workers jumping back patio fence to use our garden hose and water. They even had construction workers upgrading the place who blew a circuit in my apartment because they went over the back patio to use our PGE that we pay for not the complex. I have been a renter for over 25 years and this is the first place I have ever had to complain over such bs. The complex changed the laundrey and pool key at random without dispensing new keys to tenants. The parking is loaded with over heaping trash in the evenings and weekends because only their maintenance staff can use the compactor but the size of the apartments and the trash disposal calls for much more maintenance than just till 3 in the afternoon m-f. Oh, and the skunks, this place for some reason has skunks that walk around rampant as if we lived in a rural area. Heck this is a city apartment near the highway and I have seen skunks in the last year and a half at least 6 times but smell them at least 3 times a week.
