Been living here for about 4 years now, it is great, very roomy and large rooms, worth the money. AC is perfect for the hot and cold days. Maintenance is super fast on fixing any issues. Management is tight, but that's always good thing. No PETS, period! Fish or whatever, no pets. Shower pressure is great, and you'll never run out of hot water. In unit Full size washer and dyers are a PLUS!

Parking is an issues, I RECOMMEND USING THE ASSIGNED PARKING UNIT OR GARAGE, the reason why is a few blocks down there is Junction Middle School, and you have stupid kids that think they are on top of the world, and wouldn't might grinding their keys along your car door! This is the only issue I've had and seen. Other than that, the living is perfect.
