Loved the Place! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1998   We lived at the Brookside between 1996 - 1998 and loved it! Three people in a 2 br apt fit just fine. The apartments are spacious, the balconies large, ghe management was excellent and the pool was...... unique! Round' Yep! Too many screaming kids, for my taste, but some folks like that. Close to transportation, to the supermarket, it's an easy walk to downtown Livermore and best of all, the river runs right behind the parking lot so you can go sit on the bank and dream. Drawbacks: Small elevators, high rents that get raised often, kids and a bit noisy. Assets: clean, airy, *beautiful* lots of birds, riverside location, ease of access, gorgeous lobby and the feel of luxury. Take a look. You won't be disappointed. Winter / Stevens / Stivers
