Great Place to Live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   If you would like wonderfull peaceful living this is the place for you. I currently live at Westwinds Apartments and it has been the best place I have been living in here in Livermore. Apartments are always full. Management is great. This might tell you why sometimes the manager may not be in the office. Its great we love living here
