Portola Park Apartments 100% Recommended Apr 22 2008: Been living here for about 4 years now, it is great, very roomy and large rooms, worth the money. AC is perfect for the hot and cold days. Maintenance is super fast on fixing any issues. Management is tight, but Livermore Gardens Apartments 33% Recommended Apr 05 2008: This is a primarily Section 8 Housing. Items do not get fixed in a timely manner by G&K Mangement, rampant problems with neighborhood kids who cause property damage and harass others, gang/drug activity,and the list of issues goes on. Had Westwind Apartments 45% Recommended Apr 02 2008: Westwinds Management is great. Managemment has never been so great as it has in the past 5 years. Manager sometimes is not in the office but this should not be used against management. When ever I have work orders I Westwind Apartments 45% Recommended Apr 01 2008: Westwinds....Dont move here. You have a landlord that allows gutter trash to live, while evicting decent people. Does that make sense? If I live somewhere, like Westwinds, and some Okie redhead yells out of her car "You are a -----" Westwind Apartments 45% Recommended Apr 01 2008: I just moved back to CA after doing a year in TexASS! (hated texas) and was thinking about moving back to westwinds where I lived for almost 4 years. I loved it. Loved my neighbors and the manager. What happend? |
