From: droppyx4@aol.com Date posted: 5/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999   Hi, In 1997-1999 the Apartments were rediculous and was not organized. The owner name was Vujadin Jovic. I move three times in the same clompex. I lived 917 w. Kettleman Ln #8,931 W kettleman Ln #3,and I forgot the third apartment were I use to lived but it was behind 931 building. There were alot of Gangs there it was nasty. When I moved I never got my deposit back. Hopefuly, everythimg changed and have better Management. I defently move back. I might move back to Lodi on July 2004. I love that place cause everything was to close, specialy the schools for my kids.
