1.Asking residents to give false information regarding getting on a bond program.
2.A resident's caregiver who went to this office extremely concerned regarding the cockroach infestation in an apartment to advise that the treatments previously provided had been ineffective and that this had been going on for months and was afraid for the residents health/living conditions. This caregiver literally was begging for someone to go to this apartment to see first hand, instead was given another slip of paper for another treatment.
3. The managers (Ms. Alam) indifference to the need of its residents.
4. I have never yelled at anyone in this office-yet when I called to ask about a closer parking space that is available as requested by this letter Ms. Haverhals another office staff employee starting yelling at me and has refused to talk to me again and then hung up on me. I guess this was meant to make it appear that I had something wrong because I am a whistle blower against improper practices at this complex. I am disabled!
5. This is a 55 and older senior complex yet the 2004 annual increases went up as high as 75 dollars a month for some residents.
6. A resident couple was told by the manager that there grandchildren could only visit but once a month and would have to be limited. The reason given was due to noise complaints from other near by residents which they are willing to admit that this is an untruth. This couple have lived here going on 9 yrs. nears with no prior complaints. This would explain why this was done verbally by the office manager instead of in letter form. Yet no other couples who have their grandchildren visiting have been told anything. Why'
7. Some residents are allowed two parking spaces and others only one. Why'

You are absolutelly right. Now that we have a new management it is even worse. If you come to LLS avoid talking to a lady by the name Pam. She is a pain in the butt!

I am thinking about living here. Before I do I would like to know from people living here if there are still problems with the staff , cockroach infestation, and have they cleaned up their act a bit, is it the same manager and how quick are they to respond to a problem or complaint. would anyone recommend living here and is it any quieter here or is there a lot of noise from kids, etc.
