Office Staff Rude and Un-courteous From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2006 2 responses   The new Office staff is not here to help the residents and their needs. They are here simple to collect the rent and nothing else. Recently I was admited at the hospital and could not make the rent payment at the due date. 4 days later (the day I was released from the hospital) I came to the Office to make the payment and the lady by the name Pam told me she didn't care and that I had to pay the late payment fine. Please, do your homework before you come here!
