leasing manager has no customer relation skills

These apartments are pretty nice overall. The one major problem with this place is the leasing manager. She lacks people skills and is very inconsiderate and just not a nice person. She needs to think before she speaks. The leasing agents are nice, its just the manager who is the problem.
