The other reviews I noticed about the apartment are the absolute truth. I hope anybody looking out to rent at Monterey Pines in Loma Linda reads the reviews before plunging into a lease. The apartments as mentioned in the other reviews are alright except for the antiquated appliances, noise from the passing trains, and poor insulation. The real bummer is that being a customer and generally used to be treated nice everywhere you will face the most unfriendly and rude office staff who are just there to get you and your money. I am not sure who their real employer is but I will find out and let them know. Most people receive some kind of warning letter or threats by the Manager or her two moody unhappy unsatisfied assistants. One thing is sure that anybody living here will always eep looking to get out ASAP. So I warn you as somebody being hurt. Take care
