Staff very unprofessional. Apartments are clean, maintenance is great, staff just stinks. Manager was very sarcastic and rude when coming around apartments to make announcements to tenants. My last month I moved out I turned in the keys about 1 1/2 weeks early, and had all my stuff gone and apartment clean. My friend goes in the office for something and overhears staff bitching about me leaving the keys early and how I better not be expecting to not pay in full for that month. I had already given them the full check at the beginning of the month! I never mentioned any partial rent, thought I had done them a favor by moving out early! Oh well. There are many more apartments in the area that are more reasonably priced and don't have staff issues. Shop around!
