I tried to rent from Oasis. On-line they looked great. But after talking to their office staff they were awful. She tried to get me to go through hell and back before renting my wife and I an apartment. My mother is a real estate broker and even she verified that the apartment manager was far outside her legal rights in demanding such ridiculous information and additional contracts. I told the office staff that I wanted to work with them but I was only going to comply with what any normal apartment complex would require. She told me that We can require whatever we want, and if you don't like it you can look for another place to live." So that is exactly what I did. And I am so glad. I found an apartment complex just up the street and it is fantastic. While my friends who moved into Oasis ended up getting out of their 12 month lease in only 6 months. The had endless problems! While this place looks beautiful from the outside it is a festering den of evil starting from the management office. Trust me, whoever you are, you can find a better place at a better price. The only way Oasis will be able to survive is if they clean up the trash in the front office.
