Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000
I LIVED THERE ON THE 16TH FLOOR FOR 2 YEARS AND I LOVE THE VIEWS OF THE OCEAN AND THE QUEEN MARY, A VERY NICE PLACE AND I'VE HEARD IT'S BEING COMPLETELY REMODELED. THE ONE FACTOR THAT UPSET ME WAS THAT EVERY YEAR THERE IS A CITY SPONSORED --- PARADE ON OCEAN BLVD AND THEY SHUT DOWN THE ROAD ALL DAY LONG. WE WERE TRAPPED IN OUR OWN PLACE BY A --- PARADE. I'M OPPOSED TO THAT AND FEEL I SHOULD START A LAW SUIT. I WOULD LIVE THERE AGAIN, BUT THE PARADE WOULDN'T BE ON MY STREET IF I DID.
