I lived here for one reason only, the location. Do not be fooled by the apartment they show you when you tour, it will have granite counters, stainless steal appliances and luxury cabinets. Then when you get your apartment it has old dirty appliances, scratched counters that are just plain, not granite and cabinets that do not line up properly and are poorly painted. I will say the maintenence staff here is fantastic! They come extremely fast to fix anything that is broken. And the doormen were great. But I just felt sort of bait and switched when they showed me the "show" apartment, not mentioning a single thing at that time that I was not going to be having those amenities in my apartment. Also, upon moving out, I left my forwarding address with the management. Do this date, roughly 2 months I have yet to receive a security deposit check or even a letter detailing what they were keeping (which I hear from past tenants is basically everything even though apartments are left in great shape) So to sum it up:

Pros: Great view, great doormen, great maintenence, convenient parking

Cons: Very expensive for what you get, they show you a luxury apartment making you believe that is what you will be getting, then when you move in you find out it is basically furnished like a college dorm room, you have to fight to get your security deposit back (I have yet to get anything and it has been over two months and i have called and left messages twice hearing nothing), the area away from the beach front is rather ghetto.
