Living here for two years was painfully too long. After a one yr lease, I had hoped the situation would improved. It actually got worse...fire alarms going off late at night, other tenants and guests parking in your assigned parking space, dogs barking throughout the night, smoke entering thru vents from other apartments and cigarette buts being tossed from windows frequently. Need I say more...Elevators are constantly out of service and Wifi is always down. The only good they have going here is the location, beach at your front door. Renters beware, they will nickel and dime you out of your deposit and they are never available to do your walk thru when vacating.
