no place to call home From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/8/2002 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002   I made PHT my home for 5 years. I moved after the remodeling started. The best part of this place was the security. The office staff is wonderful un til you move in then they could care less. I dont even want to get into the terror you feel durtring an earthquake in this buildingl. They also hate animals.I dont like this place!!!!
