If you decide to tour the place, try the photocopier, fax machine and computers when you get to that part when they show you the business center. I would recommend this good studio - The complex is all studios with a majority being students, grad and undergrad, from Long Beach State. Nice gardens, large studios that are very bright, and assigned parking and storage for each unit is nice. There is laundry on-site as well as a pool. Very happy with my home. - Have lived here for over 5 years and really happy with my apartment. The staff is always helpful and responsive when I had a problem. The apartment is really spacious unlike many apartments for higher rents. Feels more like a home than an apartment. Neighbors are great and I always felt safe.
