This place sucks!!! The manager is the most dumbest person on this earth. He can not even screw in a light bulb. He can not fix anything and when he hires a maint. man he can't fix it either. Also the place is the size of a shoe box. Everyone shares a hot water tank. Showering is always suprise. Hot/Cold!!! The problem says the manager "its an old building" the "office" will not fix such an expsensive things. We will have to do with what we got. Talk about Ghetto!! The manager talks about everyone. He is very two faced and not professional at all. He breaks all the rules that we have to follow. Don't be one day late on your rent, you have a 3 day notice.
I would never had moved in here if I had not needed a place asap. And of course Sal lied about everything from the parking, to the tenants, to the animals ect. to the maint. of the building to the cleasiless of the laudndry room. Amazing what one do when when desperate to have to move.
