Eeeh. I've seen worse, but it's not good for the price.

We moved into these apartments because of their ideal location to Pine Ave and the beach. THe management was wonderful when we moved in, very friendly. On a personal level, the management is still friendly, but on a professional levels they don't always meet my expectations. There is alot of noise from Pine Ave... Noisy neighbors can be a problem too. One bedrooms only get one parking spot, which is a pain and you have NOWHERE for guests to park because all of the parking is in the Paid gargages. And when your lease is up, expect them to raise your rent to an outrageous amount! Pretty secure, unless you live in the building behind the concert hall, then you have tons of shady people out there at night hanging around the entrance to the apartments. If you can deal with the noise and only have one car, the apartments themselves are nice and the kitchens are great!!!
