ummmm i take the good with the bad... what i dislike at times is the downtown sketch factor, but pretty much south of 5th st. is mild and fun, and north of 5th st quickly turns really sketchy dont go there. i can barely afford living here but its worth it. also pine ave is pretty noisy on some nights if you keep your screen door and windows shut the noise almost disapears and noise from within the community is not a prolem. what i love about archstone is the location bc i have way tooo much fun and never have to drive, the staff is always friendly and on top of my requests. best thing is the appliances that are in every unit wash/dry and full kitchen and parking is included thank God bc street parking is a zoo.
