This place is the bomb! I lived here through 3 managers, 2 management companies and countless employee turn over. Love the location, in the middle of Pine avenue entertainment district. I don't drive when I come home on Friday until Monday, don't need to. This most recent manager seems to be in tune with the residents. She took care of several pending issues that I had from the last manager. About the only thing lacking in this place was good management, but now it's all good.

Calling a place "the bomb" is soooo 1990's, so this place must be for dorks who think they are "all that" (just continuing the theme here) without realizing the rest of the world is laughing and thinks they are a joke.
