As previously stated, expect a huge rent increase after 1st year. Property is not worth what they charge. Street noise is a problem - especially Thursday-Saturday nights. Construction is going on at street level (below apartments) from 6:30am-5pm & is very, very loud. Visitors have to pay to park.

let's see...rent increase? that's normal after a year. most property management corporations increase your rent at least a little after a year. how else would you make money? street noise thurs-sat nights? what do you expect, you're in DOWNTOWN long beach! construction 6:30am-5pm...sounds like construction's "business hours" to me. yes it sucks, but that's hardly a reason to blame a property.
