i live in building H.. my balkony is faced to the garden with the fountain. i really enjoy beeing here. its not as noisy as on the street side and i dont have problems with neighbours. the one and only thing is the trash truck every day at 0545 in the morning. with windows closed you might be able to stay in bed :)... all in all a good place to life. you just have to get lucky and life in building H facing the garden. but still on weekends people are loud on the park garage sometimes.. but hey!.. thats downtown lifing!.. the other side is, that you dont need your car a lot. walking to albertsons, walmart or plenty of other shopping.. ok.. pine ave on weekend nights is nothing for me, but the restaurants at daytime are great!.. even the pike and shoreline village is close... and everything in walking distance... . just look very good at the location of your apartment before you move in and you will be quiet happy here..
