I love this place! I moved here in Jan of this year. The staff was super friendly and helpful(and they still are). They validated parking for our multiple trucks we used while moving in. We got a welcome gift bag filled with toilet paper, paper towels, sponge... essentials. the apartment was very very clean- looked spotless... it worried me a little because we only paid $99 as a security deposit and it seemed like there was new carpeting, new paint... I am thinking I might get charged when we move out because they have high standards- not that I'm not a clean person.

Anyway, you can pay your rent online and submit service requests online as well. I was having problems with one of my stove burners lighting; i put in a service request last night after hours and someone came in today to fix it!
So, I dont really have any complaints about this place- except the tile on the counters. My old place had granite- I hate grout lines- they're always dirty. I'm constantly bleaching. Overall though- this is one of the better places in downtown long beach- at least for the price. If you're looking at apartments you should definately check this one out. Also- I've never seen a cockroach here.
