Do Not Rent Here...Details...

I've been a resident at Bellamar for 2 years and the recent change in management has been a nightmare. The new manager Cecile is extremely rude and unhelpful.

Reasons why not to live at Bellamar:
1) Will find any excuse to cheat you out of your security deposit when you move out.
2) Trash & Sewage bills not covered by your rent. Average bill is around $10-$15/month.
3) Small apartments for the cost of rent.
4) Turnaround time on repair requests is over a week. My air conditioning was broken for over a month and water was leaking on the carpet.
5) Security risk for your car. During my two years a Bellamar there were a total of 5 vehicles that were broken into.
6) Paper thin walls. You can hear your neighbor watch tv.

Ha... very interesting point of view...

I agreed with you on the security deposit. I moved out and they said some paint was off so they charged me 200ish for re-paint the apt. When I asked for receipt, they pretended nothing happened.
