Construction, malfunction, laundry room closed indefinitely

I have lived here for a year, endured a series of constructions both noises and dusts. They closed the pool for weeks, again weeks, and again weeks. Emergency alarms and elevators malfunction at least once a month, one time three times on one weekend, so frequent that we no longer evacuate when the alarm goes off. They closed laundry room over 2007 holidays along with plumbing (i.e. we had no water the night before Christmas eve,) again in June to replace all machines, and finally closed down indefinitely this month. There are printed pet breed and weight restrictions, but we see pitbulls and dogs that weigh around 100LBS, way beyond the 50LBS limit. Due to so much vacancies, they have to accept those dogs, and lower monthly rents. My friend was paying $1575 and moved out. Archstone had to advertise the unit for $1360. Sewer water came up in my kitchen sink at night: my friend had her toilet overflow during day while she was at work.

Umm, Archstone does not have a dog weight limit. I am currently at this location with a 140lb lab. I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but so far my 2 weeks have been amazing!
