For the amount of money you pay your apartment shouldn't leak when it rains. You should be able to get a call back within at 3 days. The hallways shouldn't smell like urine and have holes in the walls.

Just a few concerns that have been brought to the attention of the office staff from whom we hear little if anything from. A simple question like when is the 4 foot hole in my ceiling going ot be fixed, has to be passed on to 5 different people. Of which none call back. Just tired of the run around.

They don't seem to care that this is our home. We have to come home to it every night. It's repulsive.

Sad that I have to move after only being here for a year.

I understand. Look at my comments. It seems like someone disagreed with us. They think that we're being selfish. It's probably one of the idiots that work there. I should've gone to the media when I had my chance. Good luck to you.
