If you like *extremely* overpriced apartments with shoddy construction, unbearable noise and rude management, this place is for you. If you do not find these things appealing, look elsewhere.

Also, if you have kids, look elsewhere. The local homeless population makes camp across the street at the library. Not a safe place for kids to be walking/bicycling around.

Do not be fooled by the floorplans and the initial courtesy of the management.
