Ah, the Camden Harbor View. In our case it should be the "Camden Cacophany Complex." Our floor plan is lovely, there is lots of natural light but let me assure you that the external noise is continuous and will likely make you anywhere from cranky to downright nuts. There are construction, bus, and drunks making noise in addition to the constant car alarms sounding off in the Pike Parking structure. I've never had to make so many noise-complaint phone calls to the police in my life. I hope never to have to again. If noise is not a problem for you, by all means, move in.

Also, Camden is consistently under-staffed, making it difficult to get timely service in the office. It's better to make phone calls.
