OK, I've had enough. Why can't they just keep this place clean' The hallways in the They have not been properly cleaned in over a year. My apartment is clean and I am tired of having to mop the entrance almost daily because the hallways are so dirty.
An then there's the garage. Just yesterday, I was will still walking through a maze of discarded trash that "visitors" dumped from their cars while using our garage for free parking at The Pike. It was there all weekend and will probably remain there until mid week. There is also grafitti on and near the elevator doors. Do we not have security to stop this'
Excuse me Camden Management, but with the average rent approaching the $2000 mark, you'd think there would be funds to take care of the mess.
As a side note - anyone know why there have been police all over The Pike lately'

utilities=cheap... EXCEPT the electricity. Building utilities are cheap. But to those who are interested- don't worry about saving water or cutting down on trash or gas.. they split it by square footage. You pay for others' waste! And electricity.. they only alot for your square footage too, and don't give you enough to cover what your fridge uses in one day. Our electricity bill is 100$ per month for 585 sq ft. with no air or electric appliances running during day, and only tv and computer at night. (other than the fridge).
