Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
i am moving out of the camden to head back to san francisco. while apartment hunting up north i realized how great the camden is - everything is new and the location is perfect - the value relative to the bay area is amazing...
i did have some negatives - it seemed that at least 1 of 3 treadmills was always broken; the gym could be much better - i wish the building did not allow dogs; i periodically faced dog ---- in the elevator and regularly had yappy barkers on balconies in the courtyard;
other than that i loved it - the pool was great, parking was a easy, could walk to movies, bars, fast food, sit down dinner, the beach...
