It is a relaxing place. Two pools and club house which you can rent for a couple hours to make private for $150, OK the gym is in need of help but if no ones there you can avoid the machines that don t work and get a good work out bring IPOD cause sometime the TV out too. Parking is the best part. If you have company over as well as yourself would never struggle with a parking spot. There is always parking close to elevator connected to your buliding. Noise is high but I have always been able to sleep at night. Place is nice BUT it COST TO MUCH but if you can afford it and need to life in downtown LBC then why not. I have found it kinda a pain to get to 405-south or close to CSULB because you have to take streets.

Let's see if you still feel the same in a few months after you car has been broken into or vandalized. Still finding it easy to park there on weekends when you are "sharing" parking with visitors to the Pike looking for free parking?

Maybe they finally did something about the parking problem from when I lived there. It was always full from people who would sneak in to park free with at The Pike, especially on the weekends. Security was also an issue. Two people I knew there had their cars broken into. All someone has to do is call Long Beach Police Department and get the crime stats. I know they both called the police, so there is definitely a report. I hope it's better now than when I lived there. With any luck, someone from the corporate office came in and cleaned house.
