The apartments are really nice, the area is great, the rent is a bit high, but for the location you expect it. The main problem is the staff. They are extremely uncaring, unhelpful, and all around terrible people to deal with. The staff will go out of their way to ignore you, as they make it very clear they have no intention of doing ANYTHING to help a resident out. If you are like most people and work normal week day hours, don't even think of being able to go to the office for any reason until the weekend. Say for example you are on medication, and you work M-F 8 to 5 with a normal commute on top of it. If your medication comes by fedex, UPS, etc..., you will not be able to pick them up during the week unless you take time off work. They will only deal with residents between 9am and 5pm, after 5pm, there is usually only one person working, and she hides in the back. The staff here is by any measure, way below par. Not only will the staff REFUSE to do anything helpful, but they top it off wit as big a smile as possible. If you want to be irritated by a staff member of a building you live in, and know they truely enjoy saying NO for every reason possible, then this is the place for you. I cannot stress this one point enough, the staff here is the worst possible staff anyone could imagine. If you move here, I hope you don't have anything go wrong in the middle of the night, as the staff will not be around, the emergency phone never works, or no one ever answers it, and you will have to miss work on a regular basis to get anything taken care of. Again I will stress that the staff here is terrible and they will do all possible to make living in a beautiful complex as misserable as they are able to make it. They will even let you know how much they enjoy making life difficult while they non-serve the residents.

Any of the staff that dare to be helpful are soon gone. The bad ones seem to last a little longer. I swear Camden must have some sort of boot camp to teach poor customer service. The employees really go to great lenghts to be rude and unhelpful.
