Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
We got one complaint notice and because of that we have to pay an extra month's rent without being about to live here! We have to be out within the 30 day notice and still pay for the next month's rent. The complex is nice, the workers except for one guy are all idiots. Once they sign you to a lease they do not care about you anymore. My roomates car got tolled because she forgot her pass and they did not even leave a warning. Make sure to read the 20 page contract they have you sign because they will use it against you. I am glad to be finishing school and move out of here.
The only good things about it are the location and decent parking.
