Camden has some good things going for it: great location, pretty easy parking, apartment lay out is pleasant, and the building is secure. BUT...the staff here is awful! When you're signing the lease they treat you like you are their number one priority and that they will make living here a charm. Once you're in paying your rent (an over priced rent!), they treat you like you are a nuisance. Any maintenance requests go unanswered (the only nice or professional people on the staff is the maintenance crew), the staff is stuck up to say the least and the over all maintentace of the exterior is not worth what we pay to live here. God help you if you live any where near the pool, it's so loud and their alleged 24 hour security/patrol does nothing about it (loud at 2 am) ...oh and if you get locked out of your apartment, they are not here to help (even though they make this a huge selling point come lease signing time). I was one day late on signing by notice to leave, so I had to pay an extra weeks rent...you'd think they'd be nicer considering I was never late with rent and never had any complaints against me. If you're thinking of moving here, DON'T. Keep looking and I promise you'll find something better for a better cost...I did!
