I moved to this place a while ago an I dont have any major concerns. The staff always treated me with respect and they were very helpful. The first month we payed the rent late and they waived the late fees.
The only thing that bothers me is the noise some times at nigth probably from the air conditioner, other than that, everything seems to be very good.
I recomend.

I NEED TO SAY THAT LAST WEEK SOMEBODY TRIED TO STEAL MY CAR, AND THEY WERE HAD NO SUCCESS.
BE AWARE, THE GARAGE HAS NO SECURITY.
THE APPARTMENT IS TOO NOISY. THE STAFF IS TERRIBLE.
I DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Just wait until the stench of uncleaned dog urine wafts in through your windows and patio doors. You 'll then be complaining about how filthy they kee CHV. Pee-U!

So it was Camden staff who broke into your car? Did they authorize it? It's not a company's fault someone decided to commit a crime on their own free will. You're just as well off blaming the police

True statement regarding the garage. Which I still enjoy using when I'm in the area, it's not too hard to get in, just by pulling up right after someone else pulls in. And to get back into the garage from street level, most doors to the apartments can be opened with a swift jerk, then take the elevator back down. I'm so glad I moved.
